Deep Sea Fishing tours with Captain Rick’s
The Yucatan Peninsula fishing waters are famous worldwide. Peak fishing season runs from early March through early July when sailfish and marlin are migrating through the canal. Every year there are double-digit grand slams (a sailfish, white and blue marlin in one day) and sometimes there are double grand slams (two slams in one day) and super grand slams (add a swordfish.) Other abundant fish are: wahoo, dorado, tuna, kingfish, and barracuda.

Captain Rick’s is located in Puerto Aventuras which is the #1 Sailfish Hotspot in the World and more spectacular year round sport fishing. Best of all –there is no travel time as bait is set right as you exit the marina! Of course, all billfish are released.

Tour Details
The following fishing charters can be booked

Trolling: sailfish, marlin, wahoo, dorado, tuna, kingfish, barracuda

Bottom Fishing: grouper, snapper, yellowtail, mutton, gray and cubera

Pleasure Cruising: explore the Yucatan coastline of the Mexican Caribbean, picnic on white powder beaches, snorkel and swim in the Caribbean Sea.

Combination charter: Combine two of the above on a half day trip or three of the above on a full day trip.
